GENERAL INFORMATION

All orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt. If for any reason this is not possible, you will be notified by email and you will be provided with an estimated shipping date, especially in times of high sales. In case you want to make a change in the delivery address once the order has been placed, it is essential that you notify us as soon as possible. Once the package has been dispatched, it will not be possible to make any change of address.

Any change of address once the order has been dispatched, or any request for delivery to a different address will be subject to a surcharge equivalent to the cost of the shipment.

Delivery in 24/48 h.

• Free shipping on orders over 40 €.
• 5€ shipping costs if your order does not exceed 40€.

Balearic Islands

• 20€ / 40€ – Delivery in 48/72h.

Canary Islands

• 20€ / 50€ – Within two weeks of order date.
