Albufera Rice is the result of a natural selection of the Bomba, Sénia, and Bahía varieties. With its round, pearly grains, it absorbs much of the flavor of the broth in which it is cooked. Highly resistant to overcooking. Grown entirely within the Albufera de Valencia Natural Park. Especially recommended for paella and rice dishes with broth.
