We make this stock with chicken, hen and duck, using only 100% natural ingredients. The meat is sautéed until it obtains a perfect golden brown that extracts all its flavor. Next, we add water and cook over low heat, letting the aroma of the firewood permeate the broth for 90 minutes. A final rest of 30 minutes next to the wood embers gives it an unmistakable smoky flavor.

Presented in 1 liter containers, our broth is ideal for 3 or 4 diners to enrich their rice dishes, paellas, fideuàs, stews and suquets. Without preservatives, additives or artificial aromas, this broth retains all its properties and the authentic flavor of wood-fired cooking. Enjoy its freshness for up to 24 months of preferential consumption.

INGREDIENTS

Water, chicken, hen, duck, salmorreta (crushed tomato (tomato and acidulant: citric acid), dried garlic, sweet paprika), salt, EVOO, infused rosemary.

ALLERGENS: May contain traces of fish, mollusks, crustaceans and sulphites.

CONSERVATION

Store in a cool, dry place and in an upright position.

Spin, without shaking, before use.

Cook the broth before consuming it.

Add water or adjust salt to taste.

Once opened, store in the refrigerator (+4ºC) for a maximum of 3 days or in the freezer (-18ºC) using a suitable container, for a maximum of 1 month.

USEFUL LIFE: Preferably consumewithin 24 months from its manufacture.
