A rich, wood-fired concentrated vegetarian broth made with onion, cabbage, turnip, leek and carrot, crafted with a traditional salmorreta base and infused rosemary. Perfect for paella, stews, rice and oven dishes. Each 3000g can contains 16-20 servings of pure concentrated broth — no solid parts. Just mix gently, dilute as needed, and cook.

Water, salmorreta sauce (crushed tomato (tomato and acidulant: citric acid), sweet paprika, dried garlic), onion, white cabbage, white turnip, leek, carrot, extra virgin olive oil, salt, dried garlic, parsley, infused rosemary.

ALLERGENS: May contain traces of fish and crustacean shellfish.

USE METHOD:

Mix gently before use. Cook the broth before consumption. 3L of concentrated broth is indicated for 15 x 100g servings of rice. Do not vary the proportion of concentrated broth and rice. Dilute with water as needed.

Proportion guide (Rice / Concentrated Broth / Water):

1:3 → 100g rice / 200ml broth / 100ml water

1:4 → 100g rice / 200ml broth / 200ml water

1:5 → 100g rice / 200ml broth / 300ml water

STORAGE:

Store in a cool, dry place and in an upright position. Rotate, without shaking, before use. Cook the broth before being consumed. Add water or salt if needed. Once opened, store in a refrigerator (+4ºC) for up to 3 days or in a freezer (-18ºC) using a suitable container, maximum 1 month.

What is a concentrated broth?

A concentrated broth has a higher intensity of flavor than a regular broth. You dilute it with water according to the proportion needed for your recipe, giving you full control over the final flavor intensity.

How do I use it?

Mix gently before use. Use 200ml of concentrated broth per 100g of rice, adding water to reach your desired proportion (1:3, 1:4 or 1:5). Cook the broth before consumption.

Can I freeze it after opening?

Yes. Once opened, store in a suitable container and freeze for up to 1 month.
