A rich, wood-fired seafood broth made with mantis shrimp, whitebait, crab and a traditional salmorreta base. Perfect for paella, rice dishes, stews and fideuà. Each can contains the liquid part of the broth with all its substance, flavors and aromas — no solid parts. Just open, pour and cook.

Water, mantis shrimp, whitebait, salmorreta sauce (crushed tomato, citric acid, dried garlic, sweet paprika), crab, extra virgin olive oil, prawn head, onion, leek, carrot, salt.

ALLERGENS: Contains crustacean shellfish and fish.

Shake before use.

Open the can and pour over the container where you want to cook: paella, pot or tray. Then cook the chosen dish.

Cook the broth before consuming. Add water or salt if needed.

Once opened, refrigerate (+4ºC) for up to 3 days or freeze (-18ºC) using a suitable container for up to 1 month.
