Duck and Mushroom Paella
Discover the essence of the countryside with our duck and mushroom paella. This paella preparation is made with duck meat, seasonal mushrooms and our 100% natural broth. A dish with an intense and balanced flavor, which can be enjoyed with dry or creamy rice, adapting to your taste. All ingredients are 100% natural and are enriched by the unmistakable touch of firewood, used in the artisanal production process.
The pack includes a can of wood-fired broth with duck and mushrooms, and a bag with 270g of Marisma variety rice, ideal for sticky rice dishes, providing all the necessary ingredients to prepare an authentic duck and mushroom paella in just 18 minutes.
Can: Broth (water, chicken (11.22%), salmorreta (crushed tomato (tomato, salt and acidifier: citric acid), dried garlic, sweet paprika), duck (2.5%), chicken (2.5%), salt, EVOO, infused rosemary), crumbled duck confit (5.8%), mushrooms (portobello, shiitake, boletus, oyster mushroom, chanterelle, black trumpet) (1.6%)
Bag: rice (100%)
ALLERGENS: May contain traces of fish, mollusks, crustaceans and sulfites.
Store in a cool, dry place and in an upright position.
Spin, without shaking, before use.
Cook the broth before consuming it.
Add water or adjust salt to taste.
Once opened, store in the refrigerator (+4ºC) for a maximum of 3 days or in the freezer (-18ºC) using a suitable container, for a maximum of 1 month.
USEFUL LIFE: Consume preferably within 24 months from manufacturing.

We followed the instructions, but we had to take it off the heat 3 minutes early because the rice burned. It wasn't great... but it did have some crispy rice!
