Vegan Paella
Discover the 100% vegan paella on the market. This vegan paella preparation is made with our 100% natural broth and a selection of fresh seasonal vegetables, including mushrooms, garlic and red pepper, which is roasted over a wood fire at the time of frying the vegetables in the paella, making this paella surprise with its unique flavor, enriched by the unmistakable touch of the wood. The preparation is authentically artisanal and with 100% natural ingredients.
Each pack contains a can of wood-fired broth, vegetables, and a bag with 200g of Albufera variety rice, providing all the necessary ingredients to prepare an authentic vegan paella in just 18 minutes.
Can: Vegetable broth (water, carrot (2.5%), onion (2.5%), white cabbage (2.5%), white turnip (2.5%), leek (2.5%), salmorreta (crushed tomato (tomato, salt and acidulant: citric acid), dried garlic, sweet paprika), EVOO, salt, dried garlic, parsley, infused rosemary), fried peppers (8.8%), carrots (6.6%), flat green beans (3.8%), young garlic (3.8%), dehydrated mushrooms (0.8%).
Sack: rice.
ALLERGENS: May contain traces of fish, mollusks, crustaceans and sulfites.
Store in a cool, dry place and in an upright position.
Spin, without shaking, before use.
Cook the broth before consuming it.
Add water or adjust salt to taste.
Once opened, store in the refrigerator (+4ºC) for a maximum of 3 days or in the freezer (-18ºC) using a suitable container, for a maximum of 1 month.
USEFUL LIFE: Consume preferably within 24 months from manufacturing.
