Discover the intense flavor of our Vegan Wood-Fired Broth, an authentic revolution in vegan cuisine. We use half a kilo of selected fresh vegetables for each liter of broth, guaranteeing exceptional flavor and quality and with the guarantee of the European Vegan Food certificate. Our distinctive feature is the exclusive use of firewood for cooking, an almost unique technique in the production of broths.

The process begins with sautéing the vegetables, thus enhancing their natural flavors. Subsequently, we add water and let the broth cook slowly, absorbing the deep smoky aroma of the wood for 90 minutes. An additional 30 minute rest with the wood embers intensifies this smoky flavor, enriching any recipe with its unique character.

Presented in 1 liter containers, this vegan broth is perfect for enriching everything from rice to paellas, fideuàs, stews and suquets, offering a delicious and healthy option for 3 or 4 diners. Made only with natural ingredients, without preservatives, additives or artificial flavors, and traditional processes, it maintains its freshness and quality for up to 24 months of preferential consumption.

Water, onion, white cabbage, white turnip, leek, carrot, salmorreta (crushed tomato (tomato, acidifier: citric acid), dried garlic, sweet paprika), EVOO, salt, dried garlic, parsley, infused rosemary.

ALLERGENS: May contain traces of fish, mollusks, crustaceans and sulphites.

Store in a cool, dry place and in an upright position.

Spin, without shaking, before use.

Cook the broth before consuming it.

Add water or adjust salt to taste.

Once opened, store in the refrigerator (+4ºC) for a maximum of 3 days or in the freezer (-18ºC) using a suitable container, for a maximum of 1 month.

USEFUL LIFE: Preferably consumewithin 24 months from its manufacture.

The best broth for paella, without a doubt.

It's usually difficult to find vegetable stocks for paella, as they often try to sell you soup stock, which ends up absorbing flavors that don't belong in the paella (like parsnip or turnip), and it tastes like soup. Finally, one that adds the right flavor! :)
