A rich, wood-fired poultry broth made with chicken, hen and duck, crafted with a traditional salmorreta base and infused rosemary. Perfect for paella, rice dishes, stews and fideuà. Each can contains the liquid part of the broth with all its substance, flavors and aromas — no solid parts. Just open, pour and cook.

Water (78.4%), chicken (12.2%), hen (2.7%), duck (2.7%), salmorreta (crushed tomato, citric acid, dried garlic, sweet paprika) (2.5%), salt (0.8%), extra virgin olive oil (0.6%), infused rosemary (0.1%).

The final product contains no more than 30% extract of meat products.

ALLERGENS: May contain traces of crustacean shellfish and fish.

Store in a cool, dry place and in an upright position.

Rotate, without shaking, before use.

Cook the broth before being consumed.

Add water or add salt if needed.

Once opened, store in a refrigerator (+4ºC) for up to 3 days or in a freezer (-18ºC) using a suitable container, maximum 1 month.
