GENERAL INFORMATION

All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt. If for any reason this is not possible, you will be notified by email and provided with an estimated shipping date, especially during peak sales periods.

If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, please notify us as soon as possible. Once the package has been shipped, it will not be possible to change the address.

Any change of address once the order has been shipped, or any request for delivery to a different address, will incur a surcharge equivalent to the shipping cost.

  Free shipping on orders over €50.
• €5 shipping fee if your order is under €50

Balearics

• €20/€40 - Delivery in 48/72h.

Canary Islands

• €20/€50 - Within the next two weeks from the date of the order.
