GENERAL INFORMATION

All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt. If for any reason this is not possible, you will be notified by email and an estimated shipping date will be provided, especially during times of high sales volume.

If you want to make a change to the delivery address once the order has been placed, it is essential that you notify us as soon as possible. Once the package has been dispatched, it will not be possible to make any address changes.

Any change of address once the order is shipped, or any request for delivery to a different address will have a surcharge equivalent to the cost of shipping.

  Free shipping on orders over €50.
• €5 shipping costs if your order does not exceed €50

Balearics

• €20 / €40 - Delivery in 48/72h.

Canary Islands

• €20 / €50 - In the following two weeks from the date of the order.
