Preparation of Paella with Iberian ribs and wood-roasted peppers: the pack includes a container with wood-fired ribs and peppers rice broth on paella. Each container includes the liquid part (broth) and the solid part (ribs and peppers) for 2 or 3 servings. Furthermore, it adds a
bag of rice with 3 servings (270gr), to cook with the broth and the ribs and peppers, and thus finish the paella.
This wood-fired preparation is made with 100% Iberian Acorn-fed Ribs Señorío de Montanera, from pure Iberian breed pigs raised in freedom in the Extremadura pastures and fed exclusively with acorns and other natural resources during the montanera.
This Iberian meat is distinguished by its intense flavor, its fat infiltration and its soft texture. One of the tastiest cuts and valued by lovers of gastronomy and Iberian pork.

Each pack is made with traditional techniques so that you can enjoy rice with the perfect flavor and texture at home, without the need for prior experience. Tradition, fire and flavor in every bite.

Store in a cool, dry place and in an upright position.
Spin, without shaking, before use.
Cook the broth before consuming it.
Add water or adjust salt to taste.
Once opened, store in the refrigerator (+4ºC) for a maximum of 3 days or in the freezer (-18ºC) using a suitable container, for a maximum of 1 month.

How to prepare this rice?
Open your pack. You will find a bag of Albufera DO rice for two-three servings and a 1L can with the broth and the solids (the ribs and the peppers). You simply have to pour the contents into a pot or paella pan and follow the indicated cooking times. Thanks to the broth prepared over wood, the result will be a rice full of nuances, without complications.
How many servings can be prepared with this pack?
This pack is designed for approximately 3 servings, ensuring a complete gastronomic experience.
Do I need to add more ingredients?
It is not necessary, but you can personalize your rice with a sautéed leek and onion, for example. Creativity in the kitchen has no limits.
How long does it take to prepare this pack?
Once you pour the ingredients into your pot or paella pan and the broth begins to boil, you will have your rice ready in 18 minutes.
