Preparation of Paella with Iberian ribs and wood-roasted peppers: the pack includes a container of rice broth with ribs and peppers, made over a wood fire and served on a paella pan. Each container includes the liquid part (broth) and the solid part (ribs and peppers) for 2 or 3 servings. A
3-serving bag of rice (270g), to cook with the broth and the ribs and peppers, and thus finish the paella.
This wood-fired preparation is made with 100% Señorío de Montanera Iberian Acorn-Fed Ribs, from purebred Iberian pigs raised free-range in the pastures of Extremadura and fed exclusively on acorns and other natural resources during the montanera.
This Iberian pork meat is distinguished by its intense flavor, rich fat, and soft texture. It's one of the most flavorful and highly valued cuts by lovers of gastronomy and Iberian pork.

Store in a cool, dry place and upright.
Swirl, without shaking, before use.
Cook the broth before consuming.
Add water or adjust salt to taste.
Once opened, store in the refrigerator (+4ºC) for a maximum of 3 days or in the freezer (-18ºC) using a suitable container, for a maximum of 1 month.

How do you prepare this rice?
Open your pack. You'll find a small bag of Albufera DO rice for two to three servings and a 1L can of broth and solids (the ribs and peppers). Simply pour the contents into a pot or paella pan and follow the cooking times indicated. Thanks to the wood-fired broth, the result will be a rice full of nuances, without complications.

Do you need to add more ingredients?
It's not necessary, but you can customize your rice with a sautéed leek and onion, for example. Creativity in the kitchen knows no bounds.

Once you pour the ingredients into your pot or paella pan and the broth begins to boil, your rice will be ready in 18 minutes.
