Who said March was a quiet month? While the streets of Valencia exploded with color and joy with the Fallas, we embarked on a culinary journey that took us halfway around the world, bringing the authentic flavor of wood-fired paella and exquisite Valencian broths to all corners of the planet.
From Foodex Japan , one of the most important agri-food fairs in the Asia-Pacific area, to Alimentaria Barcelona , we have been present at the most notable events in the gastronomic sector. And not only have we participated, but we have also left our mark! During these events, we have closed significant agreements that will allow us to take El Paeller to new horizons and delight the most demanding palates in every corner of the world.
Our passion for Valencian cuisine drives us to go further, to share our traditional flavors with the whole world. Each dish we prepare is a little piece of our culture, our roots, and seeing how it is appreciated in places as diverse as Japan or Barcelona fills us with pride. The journey has only just begun!
