While the streets of Valencia burst into color and joy with the Fallas festival, we embarked on a culinary journey that took us halfway around the world, bringing the authentic taste of the wood-fired paella and the exquisite Valencian broths to every corner of the planet.

Foodex Japan, one of the most important agri-food fairs in the Asia-Pacific region, until Alimentaria Barcelona, We've been present at the most prestigious events in the culinary sector. And we haven't just participated—we've made our mark! During these events, we've forged significant agreements that will allow us to take El Paeller to new heights and delight the most discerning palates in every corner of the world.

Our passion for Valencian cuisine drives us to go further, to share our traditional flavors with the world. Every dish we prepare is a piece of our culture, of our roots, and seeing how it's appreciated in places as diverse as Japan and Barcelona fills us with pride. The journey has only just begun!
