It is impossible to find a vegetable broth with the flavor of our Vegan Wood-Fired Broth from El Paeller, certified with the Vegan Food seal. Much of the credit goes to the
half a kilo of fresh vegetables that we use for its preparation, although the key factor is firewood, since no one else uses it to cook broths.
Our vegan wood-fired broth is an exquisite stock that we prepare by thoroughly sautéing more than ten different vegetables to extract all their flavor. Next, we add water and cook slowly for 30 minutes, allowing the aroma of wood to permeate the broth. Finally, we let the broth rest for 15 minutes with the last embers of wood, thus achieving the unmistakable smokiness of wood combustion.
El Paeller broth is only pure broth, without concentrates or any other industrial process other than packaging, allowing you to enjoy the authentic wood-fired flavor in rice, paellas, fideuàs. Also try it in other stews, croquettes, sauces. It is an ideal complement to dishes made with animal protein, if you are not vegan.

CONSERVATION
In a cool, dry place at room temperature, El Paeller broths have a best before date of 24 months. Once opened, it can be stored in the same container using the recycled plastic lids included in the cans, in the refrigerator (+4ºC) for a maximum of 3 days and in the freezer (-18ºC) for a maximum of 1 month.
