This broth is prepared following a traditional recipe that has been passed down from generation to generation, under the expert hand of Rafa Margós, who puts his heart into selecting only the best seafood, along with fresh vegetables and the distinctive touch of whitebait.
We begin by gently sautéing the ingredients to release their intense flavors, then add water and let the broth cook slowly. For 90 minutes, the aroma of wood permeates the broth, and a final rest of 30 minutes with the last embers of wood intensifies its unmistakable smoky flavor.
Presented in 1 liter containers, our seafood broth is perfect to enhance any rice dish, paellas, fideuàs, stews and suquets. I was always a little disappointed with the quality of my paellas. Even though I used a lot of good ingredients, the rice didn't have much flavor. After trying the broth, however, I'm very happy with the taste. The broth elevates the whole experience.
