Arroz El Paeller (1kg) surge de una selección natural de las variedades Bomba, Sénia y Bahía. De grano redondo y perlado, absorbe gran parte del sabor del caldo en el que se cuece. Muy resistente a la sobrecocción. Se cultiva íntegramente en el Parque Natural de la Albufera de Valencia.
Este arroz es Denominación de Origen y combina con nuestra gama de caldos para preparar tus paellas y arroces caldosos o melosos.
Conseguirás equilibrio al absorber todo el sabor del marisco, carne, verdura y especias utilizados en tu paella. Una textura y una consistencia perfectas gracias a la textura firme del arroz variedad Albufera. Ni demasiado seca ni demasiado melosa. Así quedará tu paella con el arroz El Paeller.
