We make this broth with chicken, hen, and duck, using only 100% natural ingredients. The meat is sautéed until golden brown, extracting all its flavor. Next, we add water and simmer, allowing the aroma of the wood to permeate the broth for 90 minutes. A final 30-minute rest in the wood embers gives it an unmistakable smoky flavor.

Presented in 1-liter containers, our broth is ideal for 3 or 4 people to enrich their rice dishes, paellas, fideuàs, stews, and suquets. Free from preservatives, additives, or artificial flavors, this broth retains all its properties and the authentic flavor of wood-fired cooking. Enjoy its freshness for up to 24 months.

INGREDIENTS

Water, chicken, hen, duck, salmorreta (crushed tomato (tomato and acidulant: citric acid), dried garlic, sweet paprika), salt, EVOO, infused rosemary.

ALLERGENS: May contain traces offish, molluscs, crustaceans and sulfites.

CONSERVATION

Store in a cool, dry place and upright.

Swirl, without shaking, before use.

Cook the broth before consuming.

Add water or adjust salt to taste.

Once opened, store in the refrigerator (+4ºC) for a maximum of 3 days or in the freezer (-18ºC) using a suitable container, for a maximum of 1 month.
