The windbreak is a modular accessory designed to protect the flame from the wind and ensure more stable and efficient cooking outdoors.
Made of durable galvanized steel, it includes 3 pieces that hang directly from the paella pan and are easily attached by slightly bending, without the need for tools.

Each module measures 15 x 68 cm, allowing the windbreak to be adapted to different sizes of paella in a practical and quick way. Ideal for cooking outdoors without the wind affecting the intensity of the flame.
