Inspired by Madrid stew, this broth combines beef, pork, chicken and selected vegetables, slowly cooked over wood to achieve a deep, balanced flavor full of nuances.
Perfect for preparing stews, stews or casseroles, this meat and vegetable broth is a versatile base that elevates any recipe and transports you to traditional cooking, which is enjoyed without haste and shared with the family.
It is presented in 1-liter glass bottles, preserving all its purity, aromas and properties, so that each dish has the heat and flavor of a good stew made over a wood fire.
Water, beef (9.5%), pork (4.8%), chicken (4.5%), carrot (1.8%), onion (1.8%), turnip (1.8%), leek (1.8%), cabbage (0.9%), salt.

Store in a cool, dry place and in an upright position.
Twist, without shaking, before using, and consume once opened.
Cook the broth before consuming it.
Add water or adjust salt to taste.
Once opened, store in the refrigerator (+4ºC) for a maximum of 3 days or in the freezer (-18ºC) using a suitable container, for a maximum of 1 month.
USEFUL LIFE: Preferably consumewithin 24 months from its manufacture.
