Creo que le sobra un poco de sal al caldo.
Está bastante bueno. Lo compré para que lo probara unos amigos extranjeros que pusieron mala cara cuando lo vieron: nunca habían probado un arroz que estuviera negro. Les expliqué la razón del color negro y aún no estaban convencidos pero cuando lo probaron les gustó muchísimo
