We prepare this wood-fired stock with free-range chicken and duck, among other 100% natural ingredients. We fry the meat until golden brown to extract all its flavor, add water and cook slowly so that the aroma of firewood permeates the broth for 90 minutes. Finally, we let it rest for 30 minutes with the last embers of firewood, thus achieving the unmistakable smoke of wood combustion.

The broth is presented in a 1-liter can with a recycled plastic lid for proper conservation. An ideal format so that 3/4 diners can enjoy the unique touch of firewood in rice dishes, paellas, fideuàs, rice dishes, stews, suquets... Our preparations do not incorporate preservatives, additives, aromas or any ingredient that is not found in the pantry mediterranean. In addition, the El Paeller broth is only pure broth, without concentrates, or any other industrial process other than the packaging that allows you to enjoy this wood-fired preparation for up to 24 months of preferential consumption.

Water, chicken (11.3%), hen (4%), crushed tomato: (tomato and acidulant: citric acid), EVOO, salt, sweet paprika, infused rosemary.

This product is offered in glass bottles of1 liter, available in boxes of 6 units.

Best before within 24 months of manufacture.
Store in a cool, dry place and upright.
Swirl, without shaking, before use.
Cook the broth before consuming.
Add water or adjust salt to taste.
Once opened, store in the refrigerator (+4ºC) for a maximum of 3 days or in the freezer (-18ºC) using a suitable container, for a maximum of 1 month.

Vaig provar per primera vegada el fondo d'au fet amb llenya i amb sofregit, per preparar un arròs de xai i trompetes de la mort, i va ser un autèntic éxit. Segur que repetiré, i ja tinc ganes de provar el de marisc
