We prepare this wood-fired stock with free-range chicken and duck, among other 100% natural ingredients. We fry the meat until golden brown to extract all its flavor, add water and cook slowly so that the aroma of firewood permeates the broth for 90 minutes. Finally, we let it rest for 30 minutes with the last embers of firewood, thus achieving the unmistakable smoke of wood combustion.

The broth is presented in a 1-liter can with a recycled plastic lid for proper conservation. An ideal format so that 3/4 diners can enjoy the unique touch of firewood in rice dishes, paellas, fideuàs, rice dishes, stews, suquets... Our preparations do not incorporate preservatives, additives, aromas or any ingredient that is not found in the pantry mediterranean. In addition, the El Paeller broth is only pure broth, without concentrates, or any other industrial process other than the packaging that allows you to enjoy this wood-fired preparation for up to 24 months of preferential consumption.

Cocción a fuego de leña – En el obrador elaboramos los caldos siguiendo el método tradicional, lo cual potencia el sabor del caldo de una forma natural y aporta profundidad a cada sorbo.

Elaborado con mariscos y pescados frescos – Nada de concentrados artificiales. En nuestros caldos solo utilizamos ingredientes de calidad y la mejor selección de marisco fresco. Las proporciones en nuestros caldos son las siguientes: Agua, galera (9,6%), salmorreta (tomate triturado (tomate y acidulante: ácido cítrico), ajo seco, pimentón dulce), cangrejo (1%), AOVE, cabeza gamba / alistado (0,6%), sal.

What is the difference between our glass seafood stock and our canned seafood broth?

On the other hand, our canned seafood stock includes, in addition to shrimp, crab, and shrimp head/shrimp, a portion of whitebait and a combination of onion, leek, and carrot. Muy buen sabor para fideuá

Utilicé el fumet para hacer una fideuá y salió buenísima. Un sabor muy rico.Además, parece que una de las botellas se rompió en el envío antes de entregarlo y me repusieron la caja cumpliendo con el plazo de entrega original que era de una semana.
