Fine noodles (to replace rice)
Favorite extra ingredient: Foie

Elaboration

Pour the contents of the mixture into a 34 cm diameter paella pan and spread it evenly.

Turn the heat to high until the broth begins to boil.

Pour the noodles into the paella pan and spread them evenly. Do not stir them during the rest of the process.

Keep the heat on high for 5 minutes and adjust the salt to taste.

Reduce to medium heat for 4 minutes, maintaining a constant and even boil.

Turn off the heat, place the foie gras in the pan and let it rest for three minutes.
