Pour the noodles into the paella pan and spread them evenly. Do not stir them during the rest of the process.
Keep the heat on high for 5 minutes and adjust the salt to taste.
Reduce to medium heat for 4 minutes, maintaining a constant and even boil.
Turn off the heat, place the foie gras in the pan and let it rest for three minutes.
