The gastronomic event that we organized in June at the La Cocina de Frente restaurant in Madrid to present the new image of El Paeller.
Our Mestre paeller Rafa Margós together with the chefs Juanjo López and Carlos García showed us the infinite possibilities that wood-fired broths have in the kitchen.
The attendees were delighted with a spectacular menu, which ranged from a
exquisite seafood fideuá to a delicious honeyed rice with rabbit bone.
In addition, traditional Valencian dishes were served, such as the Valencian stew and some delicious Tolosa beans. For dessert they were able to try a rice pudding that left them speechless, well, actually they said it was delicious ;)
What made the event even more special was the presence of journalists
specialized in the world of gastronomy. Their presence further enriched the experience as they were able to share their insights and perspectives on the incredible variety of dishes they presented.
We want to thank all attendees for being part of this great experience. The combination of culinary talent, new products and a passion for gastronomy made this event a success.
