The gastronomic event that we organized in June at the La Cocina de Frente restaurant in Madrid to present the new image of El Paeller.


Our paella master Rafa Margós, along with chefs Juanjo López and Carlos García, demonstrated the endless possibilities that wood-fired broths have in the kitchen.


The attendees were delighted with a spectacular menu, which ranged from a
From exquisite seafood fideuà to a delicious creamy rice with rabbit bone.
In addition, traditional Valencian dishes were served, such as cocido valenciano (a hearty stew) and delicious Tolosa beans. For dessert, they tried a rice pudding that left them speechless—well, actually, they said it was absolutely delicious ;)


What made the event even more special was the presence of journalists
specialists in the world of gastronomy. Their presence further enriched the experience, as they were able to share their knowledge and perspectives on the incredible variety of dishes presented.
