We're back from The World's 50 Best Restaurants feeling very happy!
Yesterday we had the good fortune of being part of one of the most important gastronomic events worldwide, which awards the best chefs and restaurants.
It was a real pleasure to prepare some incredible paellas together with Valencian chefs like Toni Montoliu and Chave from the La Salita restaurant for all the guests.
That Valencia has been chosen as the city to celebrate this gastronomic experience is a great honor, and even more so to have been able to share the authentic Valencian paella.
