Yesterday we were lucky to be part of one of the most important gastronomic events worldwide, in which the best chefs and restaurants are rewarded.
It was a real pleasure to prepare some incredible paellas together with Valencian chefs such as Toni Montoliu and Chave from La Salita restaurant for all the guests.
That Valencia has been chosen as the city to celebrate this gastronomic experience is an honor and even more to have been able to share the authentic Valencian paella.
